fresh x authentic. Bozner.
A crossroads runs deep beneath the pavement of the Obstplatz Square. Four paths that have met here since the Middle Ages. Traders passed through, travellers stopped by, stories were told. The crossroads has long since vanished beneath the stone, but its energy remains. It rises through the walls, through the vaulted cellars, through the parlours – and forms what Bozner is today: a place where people meet. We’re happy to have you here.
The Bozner restaurant – parlours full of life
The wooden floor creaks softly under your footsteps, stairs lead to the first floor, and cosy, polished tables await you on the ground floor. In the parlours of the Bozner restaurant, the air is filled with the aromas of whatever delicious is coming out of the kitchen: South Tyrolean specialities, tender meat with a golden crust, recipes from across Italy. The restaurant menu follows the rhythm of the seasons and the bounty of the market on the doorstep.
Hopfen & Co. in Bolzano becomes Bozner
The house was once known as Hopfen & Co. in Bolzano. A name long associated with beer culture and indulgence. The new name puts the city at its heart: Bozner, a tribute to Bolzano itself. What the building has always been – a piece of the city – remains the same. And so does the philosophy: brew fresh, cook genuinely, host warmly.
